Forming partnerships. We build partnerships with compatible organizations, thus ensuring bringing together their comparative strengths to bear towards the achievement of common objectives.
Fundraising. We help clients raise funds for their projects and programmes from relevant donors, foundations, trusts etc.
Peacebuilding. We are affiliated to a number of experts in post-conflict reconstruction, enabling us to provide advisory services on economic, governance and security sector reforms; on transitional justice; and we have in-house specialists in DDR-processes and mine action.
Private sector development. Due to experience in business development services, SME finance, value chain analyses, microfinance, and other related services we can assist clients working with the enhancement of local business environments and market linkages.
Project management. We assist clients in all phases of the project life cycle, from appraisal and design through implementation to monitoring and evaluation.
